I help bring what is shifting within you into the way you live, look, feel, and move through the world. My work lives where inner transformation meets everyday life: in the ceremonies that mark who you're becoming, in your personal style, and in your home.
I don't fit neatly into conventional labels, and I don't ask you to either. Whether we begin with a meaningful conversation, a haircut, a cleared room, or the energy we share, my approach is intuitive, trauma-informed, and grounded. My aim is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and free to express your true self.
Licensed cosmetologist since 2018 and certified Reiki Master.
Where This Work Began
When I look back, it feels like my whole life prepared me for this work, and it started with hair.
I had my first spiritually charged haircut at 18, trying intuitively to release the trauma of narcissistic abuse. My hair had been used as a means of control, and removing that control was how I claimed my sovereignty. I didn't have words for it then, but it was my first lesson in how an inner shift needs somewhere physical to land.
A few years later I became a mom. At 7, my son begged me for a rainbow mohawk for summer break. He'd worked hard to keep his grades up, so I gathered my supplies, mixed the colors, and gave him his rainbow. He was practicing radical self-expression and pride before he understood it. When a stylist cleaned up his cut, she told me I should go to school for hair. I thought: if I can make this 7-year-old beam about his hair, I can spread that feeling to others. I signed up for cosmetology school that week.
In school I noticed what was glossed over: hair history, proper curl care, braiding, nervous system connections, and cultural and religious hair traditions. If they were under-taught, they were probably under-served, so I kept learning. I also pushed back on the industry motto, "Don't worry, it will grow back," because when you take someone's hair, you also take their energy, identity, and memories.
During the pandemic, as many of us reprioritized our lives, I had a spiritual awakening while walking my own path of healing. I connected the spiritual significance of hair to those earlier emotional moments, and it confirmed what I'd been feeling all along: everything is connected, from the energy within us, to the outer shell we inhabit, to the community we nurture, to the soil we walk on.

Haircare Is My Foundation, Not the Whole Story
Embodiment: making an abstract idea tangible. It's taking your inner healing and peace and giving them form through your presence, your voice, and your everyday actions. Embodiment is the practice of living, feeling, and acting from your healed state, so your true self shows up naturally in your decisions, your habits, and your body.
Haircare remains an important part of my work and the root from which my practice grew. That work also led me to develop Animatrichology, my framework for understanding hair as a living site of healing, remembrance, and integration.
But I've come to understand that transformation is rarely contained to one part of our lives. Sometimes it begins with a haircut. Sometimes it begins with clearing a room, changing how you see yourself, honoring a transition, shifting your energy, or creating a ritual that marks a new chapter.
My work draws from ancient intentional haircare practices, a background in fashion and personal style, energetic training and reiki, a deep respect for ritual, intuitive gifts, and nervous-system-aware practices.

How I Hold Space
Mainstream beauty and wellness often chase fleeting trends and profit from insecurity. I work differently. My approach is grounded in evidence-informed practices, cultural reverence, intuitive awareness, and respect for your personal sovereignty.
Many people have shared with me experiences of feeling diminished or unseen. My mission is to make sure no one leaves feeling that way. I'm here to listen, witness, guide, and collaborate, never to prescribe a single path, so you remain the author of your own experience.

I believe meaningful transformation happens when the inner work has somewhere to land. My commitment is to offer a sacred, safe space for that work, whether I come to you for style and home work, you visit my home salon in Hurst, TX for ceremony and haircare, or we gather for a special event.
